SDKC offers 6U, 8U, 10U and 13U (11,12,13).

Our softball league is Dizzy Dean sanctioned and is a part of Scenic City. This means softball teams WILL TRAVEL to other parks to play in the Chattanooga, including, East Ridge, East Brainerd, Dayton, Harrison, Ooltewah, Standifer Gap, Rivermont, Middle Valley, Hixson, and other surrounding areas. Your team will also have home games at Soddy Daisy, the more home teams our park has, the more home games we can provide. Games will start end of March/1st of April and will go through the end of May, with NO games during Hamilton County Spring Break week. Your team will be scheduled 2 games per week during the softball season. There will be an End of Season Scenic City Tournament that our softball teams enter at the end of May before Memorial Day weekend. Scenic City schedules around 12 regular season games. Regular season games are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 6:15 PM or 7:30 PM. Your game schedule will vary from week to week. Regular season game schedule will be on the tourney machine app. Your coach will send you a link to the tourney machine app. We will not practice or play games on Wednesdays or Sundays for regular season games. Practices can be any other day of the week. Your coach will give you that information. If your team decides to enter a tournament, those are played on weekends. Your coach will keep you up to date on tournament information. Tournaments are optional for all teams. Softball fee includes the jersey.
